MSI, world's premier graphics card and mainboard manufacturer is excited to announce the availability of it's premium overclocking mainboard for the Intel X79 chipset, the Big Bang-XPower II. Built on the legacy of the world-record holding Big Bang-XPower, it promises equally impressive results for both CPU and graphics card overclocking.

DrMOS II powered Hybrid Digital PWM
The Big Bang-XPower II is MSI's most powerful mainboard to date. To leave no doubt about the class-leading performance, the Big Bang-XPower II is built with MSI's Military Class III components like DrMOS II, Super Ferrite Choke, Hi-c CAP and Solid CAP to ensure the best overclocking power, efficiency and lifetime.

Built for Extreme OC
In cooperation with three time MOA winner and master overclocker Jon "Elmor" Sandström MSI developed a true overclocking board. Next to the enhanced CPU overclocking features, the Big Bang-XPower II also offers capabilities for 4-way PCI Express Gen3 graphics in NVIDIA SLI or AMD CrossFire with a specialized enhanced power supply to the graphics cards. The PCI Express Gen3 slots can be enabled or disabled with PCI Express CeaseFire allowing for quick diagnostics or multi-GPU benchmarking.

Enhanced Thermal Design 128GB Memory support
The Big Bang-XPower II's striking looks are built on it's true OC potential. Based on a specialized OC PCB, the MSI SuperPipe based Thermal Design is built to ensure that no active cooling is required, enhancing the lifetime. The Imposing look of 8 DDR3-2400 MHz DIMM slots surrounding the CPU allows the most bandwidth currently available on the desktop.
