The launch signals MSI's entry into a new category of AI-focused thin-and-light laptops designed to handle demanding creative, development and gaming workloads while maintaining portability and long battery life.

Positioned as a premium 2-in-1 convertible, the Prestige N16 Flip AI+ combines NVIDIA's AI technologies and RTX feature set with a versatile form factor aimed at creators, developers and professionals. The Prestige N16 Flip AI+ is built around NVIDIA RTX Spark, a new platform designed to bring AI computing, RTX graphics technologies and improved power efficiency to thin-and-light laptops. MSI says the system is capable of handling AI-assisted workflows, local large language models, generative AI applications, content creation and gaming workloads without sacrificing battery life or mobility.

Targeting users who require a balance between productivity and performance, the laptop is intended for creative professionals, software developers, students and enthusiasts seeking a portable system capable of running modern AI applications and demanding workloads.

16-inch Tandem OLED Display
One of the standout features of the Prestige N16 Flip AI+ is its 16-inch UHD+ Tandem OLED display. The panel uses a dual-layer OLED structure designed to increase brightness, improve power efficiency and enhance panel longevity compared to conventional OLED displays.

The display delivers more than 1000 nits of peak brightness and covers 100% of the DCI-P3 colour gamut, making it suitable for colour-critical creative work. MSI also notes that each panel is Calman Verified and achieves Delta E <1 colour accuracy. Variable refresh rate support further enhances the experience for gaming, video editing and multimedia consumption. Touchscreen functionality and stylus support are also included, allowing the display to serve as a digital canvas for artists, designers and note-takers.

Convertible Design for Flexible Workflows
The Prestige N16 Flip AI+ adopts a 360-degree hinge design that allows it to operate in laptop, tablet, tent and presentation modes. This flexibility enables users to adapt the system to different work environments, whether for content creation, meetings, entertainment or collaborative tasks.

MSI complements the convertible design with support for the MSI Nano Pen, which can be used for sketching, note-taking and precision input. The company has also integrated its MSI Action Touchpad, featuring customisable gesture controls intended to improve workflow efficiency. Additional features include a quad-speaker audio system and a large 99.9Wh battery designed to support all-day productivity and entertainment.

MSI has not announced pricing or availability for the Prestige N16 Flip AI+ at the time of writing.
