MSI introduces its newest compact gaming PC – the MSI Vortex G25. The MSI Vortex G25 is the smallest and lightest gaming desktop to date which only weighs 2.5 kilograms with a volume of 2.5 litres much like a high-end gaming notebook. However, the Vortex G25 sports a full on high-performance desktop processor which is the latest 8th generation Intel Core i7 processor along with the latest technologies to give you the best possible gaming experience only desktop machines can offer.

8th Generation Intel Core Processors

The Vortex G25 gaming desktop sports the latest 8th generation Intel Core i7-8700 6-core, 12-thread processor codenamed ‘Coffee Lake’. It has clock speeds of 3.2GHz, boost clocks at 4.3GHz. Cooling this beast is the MSI Cooler Boost Titan with dual Whirlwind Blade fans and a total of 8 heat pipes offering 30% improved cooling performance compared to the previous generation cooling engine design.

VR-Optimized Software and Interface

The Vortex G25 was designed for convenient VR application; the front panel has a power jack used to power VR headsets and HDMI, 2 x USB 3.0 ports for ultra-convenience. MSI VR Ready button & Nahimic VR provide the optimized performance and virtual surround sound effect to kick the VR experience up a notch.

Easy Installation and Disassembly

This compact gaming beast, equipped with pull ring slotted screws, provides a fast and easy way to remove the top cover for repair & upgrade of the dual NVMe M.2 SSD by PCIe Gen3 / SATA-SSD Combo slots, one 2.5" Hard drive, and dual DDR4-2400 slots.

Immersive Hi-Res Audio

The Vortex G25 packs ESS SABRE HiFi audio DAC with 24bit/192KHz sampling rate, supporting the finest audio quality to any high-end headsets through the SABRE HiFi DAC.
