Cooler Master’s upcoming MWE Gold V4 power supply series has surfaced online ahead of any formal global announcement. The new PSU lineup recently appeared across Chinese technology publications and social media platforms, with retail listings also going live on JD.com. Chinese media outlets including ITHome and HKEPC highlighted Cooler Master’s new “GPU Shield” technology, which monitors the 12V-2x6 power connector in real time to help prevent overheating and abnormal current conditions. The feature appears to target growing concerns surrounding high-power GPUs that utilise the latest PCIe power connector standard.
