The countdown is on for Destiny 2's 18:00 (UK Time) launch today, and NVIDIA are back once again with a Game Ready driver update. These drivers, notationally listed as version 388.00 WHQL, are intended for the best possible day one performance with Bungie's MMOFPS and compatible with 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 7, 8.1 and 10. They have also undergone Microsoft's WHQL validation process for Windows operating systems.
In addition to Destiny 2, NVIDIA also list support for Assassin's Creed Origins. This latest instalment in the best-selling franchise is scheduled for release on Friday October 27th, and looks set for the sort of stunning vistas and action-oriented gameplay that is your reward for purchasing high-end graphics hardware.
As always, you can download the latest NVIDIA GeForce drivers at geforce.com/drivers, and selecting the appropriate version for your system. These drivers also incorporate the changes introduced in version 387 including improved Vulkan and DX12 behaviour.
