Nvidia GeForce GTX 570 details leaked

An unknown source has leaked a datasheet outlining the key specifications and features of Palit's new GTX 570. See below:



We can see that the specifications are in line with what we expected from this card. The Swedish site who originally posted the leak (aptly named Sweclockers.com) have produced a useful comparison table between the new GTX 570, and already released GTX 580, as well as the older GTX 480:



The lesser power demands are clear, with the GTX 570 only requiring two 6-pin PCI-E connectors, though the absolute reduction is actually fairly small if you're looking to save energy. What this may assist with is overclocking and noise, though as we've seen countless times, this is heavily dependant on the manufacturer's PCB and cooler design.

The good news is we don't have long to wait and find out. As reported, the release is expected to be on December 7th, less than a week from now.
