There has been a GPU-Z screenshot circulating of the new upcoming Nvidia mid range chip current dubbed “GTX 560”. This will probably be the successor to the GTX 460 and it does look good on paper. The naming has not been confirmed and rumours are going rount about "GTX 570 SE" and with Nvidia's interesting naming structure it could be anything. We can only wait and see!

The new card is based on the GF114 GPU amd it has 384 Stream Processors running a smooth 820Mhz, with the shaders at 1640MHz and 1024MB of GDDR5 memory at 4000MHz for on a 256-bit memory interface.

Due to be released in January it could be a good new addition to the mid range market to compete against the Radeon 6850 or 6870 and hopefully continue the drive on price wars which can only mean good news for us the consumer.
