A leaked CINEBENCH R15 score was posted in twitter featuring the same “AMD 100-000000033-01” processor that was seen outperforming the Intel Core i9-9980XE HEDT processor in a Geekbench leaked result. This AMD 100-000000033-01 processor, which is believed to be the Ryzen 9 3950X 16-core, 32-thread processor, was overclocked to an astonishing 5423.74Hz or 5.42GHz to deliver a CPU score of 5501cb in CINEBENCH R15. For reference, our stock Intel Core i9-9900K only scored 2054cb in CINEBENCH 15, see full Intel Core i9-9900K review here. For additional references, professional extreme overclockers also achieved similar scores for an overclocked Intel Core i9 9980XE at 5.6GHz using liquid nitrogen as submitted in HWBOT.org. Still, this is an impressive score coming from a mainstream desktop processor.
The overclocked Ryzen 9 3950X processor shown in the CINEBENCH R15 score screenshot was paired with an MSI X570 GODLIKE motherboard, MSI’s flagship AMD X570 motherboard. Coincidentally, it is the same CPU and motherboard pairing seen in the leaked Geekbench test result. While the twitter user that posted the leaked image claims the screenshot was from a public Discord group, it may even be the same user that leaked the Geekbench test result. Hence, it’s a promising teaser of the Ryzen 9 3950X processor’s performance and overclocking potential.
