The M9Pe SSD uses TOSHIBA BiCS3 3D TLC advanced 64-layer 3D NAND flash and its flagship controller, the Marvell 88SS1093. It also uses the exclusive PlexNitro SSD Storage Solution featuring smart cache technology that enables the M9Pe Series SSDs to deliver up to 3200MB/s sequential read speeds and up to 2100MB/s sequential write speeds.
