PowerColor introduces the Red Dragon RX Vega 56 8GB HBM2 graphics card featuring a custom air-cooling design with triple fans offering a great balance of performance, reliability, and value. PowerColor markets the Red Dragon cards as the ‘better value’ offerings compared to the Red Devil edition cards. The card is powered by AMD’s latest graphics technology, the Vega architecture, that offers blazing performance at the highest resolutions.
The PowerColor Red Dragon RX Vega 56 8GB HBM2 comes with a factory overclock with a slightly higher boost clock of 1478MHz compared to the 1471MHz boost clock of the reference Radeon RX Vega 56 model. Its memory clock speed is at 800MHz of 8Gb 2048-bit second generation of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM2). Its triple cooling fan design with smart heat pipe and fins deliver superior cooling performance over the reference design offering lower temperatures with minimal noise. The PowerColor Red Dragon RX Vega 56 also comes with a BIOS switch that enables profile switching from Overclocking mode to Silent mode without restarting your system.
