Following yesterday's announcement of the ASRock AMD Radeon RX 9050 Series graphics cards, PowerColor has unveiled the Reaper AMD Radeon RX 9050 8GB graphics card, expanding its RDNA 4 lineup with a compact, efficient solution designed for smooth 1080p gaming. Based on the AMD RDNA 4 architecture, the card packs 16 Compute Units with 3rd Gen Raytracing and 2nd Gen AI Accelerators, delivering modern gaming features in a space-saving dual-fan design. Unlike ASRock, PowerColor has announced only an 8GB model, with no 4GB variant.

Reaper Series – Compact Performance Unleashed
Designed for small form factor (SFF) systems, the Reaper AMD Radeon RX 9050 8GB combines compact dimensions with capable gaming performance. Measuring just 200mm long (200 x 100 x 40mm), the dual-slot, dual-fan graphics card fits easily into compact builds while maintaining efficient cooling. It requires only a single 8-pin PCIe power connector and a recommended 450W power supply, making it an easy upgrade for most modern PCs.

The Reaper RX 9050 features a 1920MHz Game Clock, up to a 2600MHz Boost Clock, and 8GB of 18Gbps GDDR6 memory, providing smooth performance for esports and mainstream gaming. A direct-touch copper base improves heat transfer from the GPU, while dual ball bearing fans offer up to four times the lifespan of conventional sleeve-bearing designs. The Intelligent Fan Controller also enables semi-passive cooling, keeping the fans off below 50°C and activating them only when the GPU reaches 60°C for quieter everyday operation.

Availability
The PowerColor Reaper AMD Radeon RX 9050 8GB will be available beginning July 28, 2026 through selected PowerColor partners and retailers across the Asia-Pacific & Japan and Latin American regions.
