In a nutshell, it lets you monitor all your computer's vital statistics such as CPU, RAM, HDD etc, keep in touch with friends via Sykpe or Teamspeak (as an example), change PC settings and game settings on the fly and even share any of your settings! All you need is to have your smartphone connected via WiFi. The app is available on Android and iOS.
