Seasonic launches the Vertex PX-1200 Qinglong (Azure Dragon) limited edition power supply unit in China. Earlier this year, Seasonic launched the Seasonic Vertex Sakura GX-1000 inspired by the Cherry Blossom trees that flowers during spring in Japan. The concept behind the Vertex PX-1200 Qinglong Edition is the same with its artistic design and limited quantity.



Qinglong, which translates to Azure Dragon, is depicted as one powerful and benevolent creature in the Chinese mythology of the "Four Gods" or "Four Auspicious Beasts. The Azure Dragon features a blue colour, specifically Azure Blue which is described as the colour of the sky - the domain of the Azure Dragon. The introduction of this limited edition PSU also coincides with the fact that 2024 is the Year of the Dragon.



The Seasonic Vertex PX-1200 Qinglong Edition have the same features and specifications as the standard Seasonic PX-1200 PSU which includes 80PLUS Platinum certification, a fully modular cable design, Seasonic's Hybrid Silent Fan Control, 135mm FDB fan, full compatibility with ATX 3.0 and PCIe 5.0 standards, a complete set of protection features, and Seasonic's 12-year warranty.



The Seasonic PX-1200 Qinglong Edition's cables complement the Azure Dragon design with its Azure Blue and White colour.

Pricing and Availability
Seasonic launched the Vertex PX-1200 Qinglong Edition PSU in China, now available at the JD Seasonic Flagship Store for 1,999 Chinese Yuan which is approximately US$277 or £218. Seasonic has not yet revealed whether this PSU would be sold outside China.
