Formed in 2005, Team Infused has gone from strength to strength in European LAN and internet gaming events. Back in April they decided to relaunch changing their approach to better support their teams and the esport community. Today is a big advancement in the relaunch with the official website going live.
When reached for comment, Infused general manager Andy "Vanq" Christoforou had this to say:
“Our website has taken a while to be developed and implemented, but now that it’s finally live it will be acting as the new foundation of Team Infused. The new site is aiming to have a mixture of content, competitions and tournaments that are planned for the different gaming communities, whether social or professional. The hope with the structure of the new site is to build a strong community following for infused, which as an esport team has been running for over 5 years and has a great history. With the launch of the site there is a positive buzz around the organisation and its players as everyone anticipates the exciting times ahead. With the support of all our current partners and our latest sponsors Thermaltake and Tt eSPORTS we are looking forward to a successful end of 2010, and to then continue this success to make 2011 something special and reach new heights in professional esports”.
