Thermal Grizzly has announced the DeltaMate CPU Block MPII series, a new line of premium CPU water blocks designed for custom liquid-cooling enthusiasts. Available in dedicated variants for AMD AM5 and Intel LGA1851 platforms, the new blocks feature refined cold plate designs, premium materials, and integrated ARGB lighting.

Manufactured under strict quality controls, the DeltaMate MPII series uses a nickel-plated copper cold plate, a solid brass housing with G1/4-inch fittings, a borosilicate glass viewing window, and an anodised aluminium cover. Thermal Grizzly has also incorporated addressable RGB lighting that can be controlled via a standard 3-pin 5V ARGB motherboard header.

DeltaMate CPU Block - MPII AM5 Black
Designed specifically for AMD Socket AM5 processors and compatible with older AM4 platforms, the DeltaMate MPII AM5 Black uses a hybrid microfin structure tailored to the chiplet layout of Ryzen processors.

Above the CCDs (Core Complex Dies), the cooling plate features 25 ultra-fine microfins with 0.2 mm fin and slot widths to maximise surface area and heat transfer. Over the I/O die section, 29 wider 0.4 mm fins improve coolant distribution and flow efficiency.

DeltaMate CPU Block - MPII Intel 1851 Black
For Intel systems, the DeltaMate MPII Intel 1851 Black is optimised for LGA1851 processors while maintaining compatibility with LGA1700 CPUs. The cooling plate employs a hybrid fin arrangement engineered around Intel's tiled processor architecture.

The primary cooling zone above the CPU tiles incorporates 40 microfins with 0.2 mm fin and slot widths, maximising cooling performance where thermal density is highest. An additional 30 fins with a width of 0.3 mm are positioned above and below the tile area to improve coolant flow distribution.
