Thermal Grizzly's Thermal Putty is a premium, electrically non-conductive alternative to thermal pads. It acts as a flexible gap filler, compensating for height differences (0.2 to 3.0 mm), making it ideal for replacing thermal pads in graphics cards or upgrading to GPU water coolers.
Thermal Putty can be applied in two ways: Firstly, it can be applied over large areas using the included spatulas. Alternatively, it can be applied manually (gloves are recommended). When applied by hand, small beads can be shaped to fit the specific contact surfaces (e.g., VRAM, SMD).
TG Thermal Putty is available in three variants, primarily differing in thermal conductivity:
- TG Thermal Putty Basic with medium thermal conductivity
- TG Thermal Putty Advance with good thermal conductivity
- TG Thermal Putty Pro with excellent thermal conductivity
