Thermaltake has unveiled its new Retro Series at CES 2026, introducing a collection that draws inspiration from classic PC aesthetics while integrating modern hardware support. Designed to appeal to enthusiasts seeking something visually distinctive, the Retro Series combines vintage styling cues with contemporary cooling, airflow and connectivity features.

Thermaltake has also indicated plans to expand the Retro Series ecosystem with additional retro-themed cooling solutions designed to complement the new chassis. With this move, Thermaltake joins SilverStone as one of the few manufacturers actively revisiting classic desktop PC design. In 2025, SilverStone drew attention with its retro-inspired FLP01 and FLP02 cases, both of which blended 1990s aesthetics with modern hardware compatibility. Thermaltake’s Retro Series appears to be a strategic response to the growing interest in nostalgia-driven PC hardware, offering enthusiasts more choice in a segment that continues to gain momentum.
