At Gamescom 2016, Ubisoft announced three new VR games coming up this year along with the release dates. The three virtual reality games are Eagle Flight, Star Trek: Bridge Crew and Werewolves Within. Ubisoft also announced the patch update for the game Trackmania Turbo that will enable the user to play in virtual reality mode. Let's take a closer look at each VR game below.
Eagle Flight takes you high up in the sky as an eagle and fly over some of the iconic landmarks around the world! Explore Paris in a new point of view. Soar over the Eiffel Tower then to the streets leading to the Notre-Dame Cathedral. Play a different kind of multiplayer dogfight as a bird of prey. Eagle Flight is set to be available on Oculus Rift this October 18, November 8 for Playstation VR and on December 20th for HTC Vive.
Star Trek: Bridge Crew
Have you ever thought what it would be like being part of a crew on a starship that cross galaxies? Star Trek: Bridge Crew allows you to do just that. The game puts you and your friends in charge of the Federation as you go into missions exploring the vast and unknown space. Venture into a true-to-life adventure into the Star Trek universe. Star Trek: Bridge Crew is said to be available on November 29th for Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and Playstation VR.
This game takes you to the medieval village of Gallowston and live among the villagers who could be potentially be werewolves. Join other players in finding out who are the werewolves among yourselves. Players will play different roles with specific abilities to help you find the werewolves or hide yourself as the a werewolf. Be witty and survive, be the master of disguise or be keen to find those who are pretending to be villagers. Werewolves Within will be available on December 6th for Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and Playstation VR.
Along with the three new VR games announced is a new patch for the game Trackmania Turbo that will enable VR mode for Playstation VR which is set for release this November 8, 2016.
