At COMPUTEX 2025, we visited the ASUS Republic of Gamers booth to see their latest innovations in PC hardware. ASUS showcased several key innovations, including the expanded BTF ecosystem, the new ROG RYUO IV 360 ARGB White Edition, and the powerful ROG XG Station 3.

We got a closer look at the BTF motherboards and graphics cards, ASUS’s GC-HPWR power connector, and their sleek cable-free design. Also on display were the latest cooling solutions and modular accessories that continue to push the boundaries of custom PC building.

Revolutionizing Cable Management: The ROG BTF Ecosystem

At the heart of ASUS ROG’s COMPUTEX 2025 showcase is the fully realised BTF (Back-To-the-Future) ecosystem — a bold rethinking of PC assembly that prioritises clean aesthetics and user-friendly design. Central to this lineup are the BTF graphics cards and motherboards, engineered to work together seamlessly through ASUS’s proprietary GC-HPWR high-power adapter. This innovative connector relocates the GPU’s power delivery pathway directly to the motherboard, eliminating the need for visible power cables and simplifying the overall build process.

ASUS Unveils ROG XG Station 3 with Thunderbolt 5

ASUS Republic of Gamers introduced the ROG XG Station 3 at COMPUTEX 2025, showcasing a high-performance external graphics enclosure designed to enhance laptop capabilities. Powered by Thunderbolt 5, the device supports data transfer speeds of up to 80 Gbps, allowing users to connect desktop-class GPUs to their portable systems. It is compatible with the latest NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 Series and AMD Radeon RX 9000 graphics cards, making it ideal for gaming, 3D rendering, and deep learning applications.

The ROG XG Station 3 also supports BTF graphics cards, promoting clean cable management and a minimalist setup. In addition to graphics power, it offers extra USB ports for added connectivity, giving users the flexibility to build a more efficient and organised workspace. This makes it a practical choice for professionals and creators who need both high performance and portability.

ROG RYUO IV 360 ARGB White Edition

ASUS Republic of Gamers unveiled the ROG RYUO IV 360 ARGB White Edition, a premium liquid cooler designed for white-themed PC builds. It features a movable curved 6.67-inch AMOLED display capable of showcasing 3D-effect videos or customised system information, adding both functionality and a high-tech aesthetic to any build.

The cooler comes with pre-mounted daisy-chained ARGB fans that offer strong airflow and static pressure while keeping noise levels low. These fans also include both front and side lighting to enhance system visuals. Supporting intuitive software for real-time hardware monitoring and screen content control, the ROG RYUO IV ensures users can manage performance and appearance with ease.
