Weve tested with the included PWM cooling fan to show the performance available out of the box but now its time to see how the heatsink design holds up to testing without the assistance of a cooling fan. This test relies purely on design and quality of components. As you can see from the results, TopFlow falls behind all of our previously tested coolers showing that this cooler relies quite heavily on the included cooling fan.
