My good friend at Thermaltake then lead me around the back to a private office at the Thermaltake booth for an exclusive look at a new hot swappable eSATA design to feature on their chassis' making things really portable, easy to just slot a drive in... plug n play. As you can see from the images, the drive is just plugged into the top of the chassis or even into the side so that it is less obtrusive. With this being behind closed doors, it is of course just a proof-of-concept at this stage and but it will be soon on its way. It's great to see Thermaltake being so innovative with their case designs and this kind of functionality is certain to catch on.
Inside this room also was a CPU cooler tucked away. When I asked what this was, there wasn't even a name for it! The only details available are that it again like the Frio comes with dual 120mm silent fans, 6 heatpipes and will fully support all platforms/sockets.
