Next is graphical performance – initially we'll look at Futuremark's two benchmarking programs 3DMark06 and 3DMark Vantage and then move onto a selection of games to assess performance.

First up is the 3DMark06 benchmark program.


3DMark06.

The results play out as expected with a gradual increase in performance as clock speeds and core count ramp up. The 1055T is unsurprisingly in the lead providing the highest and most consistent framerates during the test.

Vantage was up next - it's the newest incarnation of Futuremark's successful benchmarking program and provides both GPU and CPU stress testing scenarios.

The results here appeared much closer compared to 06 but they ultimately identified the same trend.
