For overclocking our AMD cards we will be using MSI Afterburner as this gives us all of the options we require.

Above is a screenshot of the actual overclock we achieved Afternurner. A pretty good 190 MHz was achieved on the core but more impressive was the memory with a 250MHz boost equating to an effective GDDR5 clockspeed of 5800MHz, 800 MHz faster than the specified memory speed - good old Elpida!
The resulting overclock allowed a decent improvement on the Heaven 4.0 benchmark with an extra 160 points gained for free.
