The front of the packaging features typical IceQ styling with a frosty backdrop behind the main features of the card. To date, all modern IceQ packages look near identical save for the product title with the IceQ design remaining the same throughout the range.

Flipping the box over we find that HIS are keen to push The IceQ cooling claiming it is both cooler and quieter than the reference design. They also state the card has full solid state capacitors, solid state chokes and dynamic phase control PWM IC.

Removing the outer sleeve we find a black box with the HIS emblem strewn across the front lid which upon opening we get to the product itself. The Card is held in place by a rigid foam brace, beneath which we find the accessories.

The accessory list is short and sweet with just a driver disk, 6 pin-MOLEX PSU adaptor, Crossfire bridge and a VGA-DVI adaptor.
Let's move on to the card...
