The first batch of 10th generation Intel Core Mobile processors, code-named “Ice Lake” based on the 10nm process, are now officially released by Intel. Intel releases the U-Series and Y-Series 10th generation Intel Core mobile processors today featuring the new Intel Iris Plus graphics based on Intel’s Gen11 graphics architecture, Intel’s first integrated GPU to incorporate variable-rate shading for improved rendering performance. Intel Iris Plus is also Intel’s first integrated GPU to support VESA’s Adaptive Sync display standard. The 10th generation Intel Core mobile processors also support the latest connectivity technologies including Intel Wi-Fi 6 (Gig+) and Thunderbolt 3. Thin and light platforms powered by the 10th generation Intel Core processors are expected this coming holiday season with the next-generation Acer Swift 5, Dell XPS 13 2-in-1, HP Envy 13 and Lenovo S940.
The 10th Gen Intel Core processors, code-named “Ice Lake,” are represented by a new processor naming structure indicating the generation and the level of graphics performance.

Gaming on 10th Generation Intel Core Thin and Light Platforms
Intelligent Performance
The 10th Gen Intel Core processors are the first purpose-built processors for AI on thin-and-light laptops and 2-in-1s with a host of features and capabilities including Intel Deep Learning Boost and Intel Gaussian & Neutral Accelerator (GNA), a dedicated engine for background workloads at ultra-low power for maximum battery life.Iris Plus Graphics
The 10th Gen Intel Core processors offer twice the graphics performance of previous-generation processors enabling 1080p gaming and higher-level content creation including 4K editing and high-resolution photo processing. The new Intel Iris Plus graphics supports VESA’s Adaptive Sync display standard for smoother gaming on titles like Fortnite and Dirt Rally 2.0. Intel Iris Plus also supports the BT.2020 specification, enabling a billion colours in 4K HDR videos.Best Connectivity
The 10th generation Intel Core processors feature increased board integration to create sleeker designs with the latest connectivity powered by Intel Wi-Fi 6 (Gig+) and up to four Thunderbolt 3 ports – the fastest and most versatile USB-C connector today.See product line-up below.
