Mushkin Adds Source M.2 SATA Solid-State Drives

Mushkin expands its Source Solid-State Drive Series with M.2 2280 SATA offerings available in capacities 120GB, 250GB, 500GB, and 1TB. The Mushkin Source M.2 SSD, like the Source SSD 2.5-inch form factor, features the Silicon Motion SM2258XT controller and 3D TLC NAND flash. The Mushkin Source M.2 SSDs deliver speeds of up to 560MB/s sequential read and up to 520MB/s sequential write. It also features the Mushkin Enhanced Data-Protection Suite (MEDS) which is a set of premium features that enhance the SSD’s reliability, performance, and lifespan.
