The new WireView Pro II is an improvement of the 90° WireView Pro. The Thermal Grizzly WireView Pro II is a next-generation diagnostic and safety tool designed to monitor and protect high-end GPUs using 12VHPWR or 12V-2x6 connectors. Developed to address persistent melting and overheating issues in power connectors, it offers per-pin current monitoring to detect uneven load distribution and potential contact resistance problems before damage occurs.
Key features include:
• Real-time monitoring of current (A), voltage (V), temperature (°C), and power (W) with visual and audible alerts when thresholds are exceeded.
• Adjustable safety thresholds and an optional automatic shutdown function via a splitter cable.
• CNC-machined aluminum housing with semi-passive cooling and optimized airflow for stable operation under load.
• Two connector orientations for compatibility and cleaner cable routing, doubling as a 90° adapter.
• Integrated TFT-IPS display with customizable layouts and built-in memory for long-term data logging (up to 340 days of continuous operation).
• Standalone hardware operation, with future software and firmware updates planned for expanded functionality.
Thermal Grizzly backs the WireView Pro II with a two-year extended warranty that includes repair or replacement coverage even if GPU connectors are damaged—provided the device is used correctly. This ensures users benefit from maximum transparency, reliability, and safety when operating high-performance graphics cards.
The WireView Pro II is available with the 12VHPWR 16-pin power connector (4x sensor + 12x power/ground) in "Normal" (N) and "Reverse" (R) versions:
• If the graphics card has power connectors where the four sensor pins are located between the PCB and the 12 power pins, the "N" version is required (PCB - 4x sensor pin - 12x power pins).
• If the graphics card has power connectors where the 12 power pins are located between the PCB and the four sensor pins, the "R" version is required (PCB - 12x power pins - 4x sensor pin).
